27 Hoosier Banker February 2016 1st Source Bank, South Bend Al Kreske has joined the bank as business banker and assistant vice president, serving the Elkhart area. He has more than 10 years of banking experience. Kreske serves with Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Salvation Army. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Bethel College. BANKERS ON THE MOVE Citizens State Bank, New Castle J. Daniel Maddox has been elected president. He joined the bank in 2007 and most recently served as chief operating officer. Maddox, a member of the IBA Future Leadership Division board, is a graduate of the University of Vermont and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. First Federal Savings Bank, Rochester Evan Gottschalk has been named president and chief operating officer. Richard E. Belcher, who has been president of the bank since 1966, remains chairman of the board and chief executive officer. Gottschalk joined the bank in 2008 as assistant vice president, operations, and was promoted to vice president, operations, in 2011. He serves as a board member and vice president of the Northern Indiana Community Foundation; as president and grant committee chairperson of the Fulton County Community Foundation; and as a member of the Rochester Redevelopment Commission board, the Ivy Tech Community College advisory board, Rochester Kiwanis Club and the Fiserv Cleartouch Terre Haute Savings Bank Shane Litz has joined the bank as vice president and commercial loan officer, Brazil location. He has 12 years of banking experience as a commercial and consumer lender. Litz serves as Brazil city councilman, member of the Clay County Chamber of Commerce, treasurer for Masonic Lodge #597, and he is past ambassador for the March of Dimes. Amanda MorrisFeldman has been named executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer. She joined the bank in 2006 as controller and most recently served as vice president, treasurer and chief financial officer. Previously Morris-Feldman was with Crowe Horwath LLP. She serves with the United Way of Marshall County’s investment panel, Beta Delta chapter of Tri Kappa, and she is a member of the Ancilla College advisory board of trustees. A graduate of Indiana University, Morris-Feldman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Financial Managers Society.
