She joined the bank in 2007. A graduate of Ohio State University, Bransteter serves as a member and secretary of the Berne Rotary Club. Chad Montgomery has joined the bank as vice president and marketing director. He has 17 years of marketing experience, including 11 years in the financial industry. Michelle S. Brown has joined the bank as assistant branch manager/lender, Portland location. She has more than 10 years of banking experience and 10 years of experience as a small business owner. First Internet Bank, Indianapolis Steve Farrell has joined the bank as chief credit officer and credit administrator. He previously served with Salin Bank and has 35 years of banking experience. Horizon Bank, NA, Michigan City Andrew Skillman has joined the bank as vice president, commercial loan officer, Indianapolis location. He has nearly 20 years of banking experience. Skillman earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from Butler University. Sara Exum has been promoted to vice president, director of learning and development. She joined the bank in 2013. A certified Prosci® change management facilitator, Exum earned a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. Ben Jefferis has been promoted to vice president, commercial loan officer, Indianapolis location. He joined the bank in 2014 as assistant vice president, commercial loan officer, and has 12 years of banking experience. Jefferis earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Phoenix. Cassandra Bogaards has joined the bank as business banker, Carmel location. She has more than 10 years of banking experience and serves as a board member of Young Professionals Group in Noblesville and Fishers. Bogaards earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. MainSource Bank, Greensburg Karen Woods has joined the bank as executive vice president, corporate counsel and chief risk officer. She has been a practicing attorney for more than 20 years, most recently serving as a partner with Krieg DeVault LLP. Woods earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree from Indiana University and a JD from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law. MutualBank, Muncie Robyn Palmer has been promoted to vice president, commercial banking, serving the Kosciusko County area. He has 13 years of experience with the bank, most recently serving as client relationship manager for Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. A certified Treasury professional, Palmer is a member of the Warsaw Rotary Club, a board member of the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, and he was named North Webster Chamber of Commerce Person of the Year in 2008. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, an MBA from the University of Mississippi, and he has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Tom Weaver has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator, Carmel location. He has been in mortgage banking since 1992. Weaver is active with Carmel Dad’s Club and Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of DePauw University.
