He most recently served seven years as executive vice president and chief financial officer. Previously Beckwith was employed with Crowe Horwath LLP. He is a graduate of Butler University. Sarah Howard has joined the bank as senior vice president and chief financial officer. A certified public accountant, she has experience with PBI Bank and Crowe Horwath LLP. Howard earned a bachelor’s degree from Centre College and a postgraduate degree from Bellarmine University. Hoosier Heartland State Bank, Crawfordsville Blake Zachary has joined the bank as vice president of information technology. He has 19 years of experience, previously serving as technology director with South Montgomery Schools. StockYards Bank &Trust Company, Austin Georgianna Elliott has joined the bank as branch manager. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, most recently serving as banking center manager with Old National Bank. United Bank, Evansville Jarrod Smith has joined the bank as community executive, Carmel banking center. He has seven years of banking and finance experience. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree from the Indiana Institute of Technology. Stacy Broniak has joined the bank as office manager, Carmel banking center. She has eight years of banking and lending experience. Broniak holds an associate’s degree. Beth Mohr has joined the bank as commercial loan administrative assistant, downtown Evansville banking center. She has more than 30 years of banking experience. Alliance Bank, Francesville Shane Pilarski, vice president/controller, has been promoted to executive vice president/chief financial officer. She has 13 years of experience with the bank, serving as underwriter/credit analyst, internal accountant, assistant vice president/finance and vice president/controller. Pilarski serves on the finance committee of the Community Foundation of Pulaski County and with the Francesville Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She is a graduate of Purdue University and of the Barret School of Banking. Kelsie Zellers, customer service representative, has been promoted to office manager, Winamac location. She joined the bank in 2011 as a teller and later was promoted to customer service representative.
