She has been with the bank for five years and has 15 total years of experience in wealth planning and investment advisory services. Garwood has served as chair of the Van Wert County United Way executive committee. Sean LaFontaine, cash management specialist, has been promoted to assistant vice president. Gruner has been promoted to president and chief executive officer; additionally he has been elected to the board of directors. Gruner has been with the bank for 18 years, serving as executive vice president, chief operating officer, vice president of lending and loan department manager.
