Moore, president/chief executive officer, Home Bank, Martinsville, has been elected vice chairman of the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis (FHLBI). He has 43 years of overall banking experience and has been with Home Bank for 39 years; he additionally serves on the bank’s board of directors. Moore is a member of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency Mutual Institutions Advisory Council, a member of the Indiana Bankers Association Forty Year Club, and he has served on the FHLBI board for five years. Seven member organizations of the Indiana Bankers Association were honored as “2016 Best Places to Work in Indiana” by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce. These companies were identified through employee reports and surveys. Included in the 2016 list were: Centier Bank, Northern Indiana Community First Bank of Indiana, Kokomo First Internet Bank, Indianapolis Hilliard Lyons, Indianapolis JA Benefits LLC, Bedford Merchants Bank of Indiana, Lynn Peoples Bank, Munster Matthew Marshall, assistant vice president and commercial banking officer, iAB Financial Bank, Fort Wayne, has been named to the Greater Fort Wayne Business Weekly’s Forty Under 40. He has 15 years of experience with the bank and previously served as assistant vice president and bank officer. Marshall serves as board member and treasurer of ARCH, as governance committee chair and board member for Redeemer Radio 106.3 FM, and as a member and graduate of Leadership Fort Wayne. He earned an MBA from Indiana UniversityPurdue University Fort Wayne. Art Russell, vice president and community development director, Centier Bank, Northern Indiana, has been named president of the Hammond Education Foundation, where he has served as director since 2012. The foundation oversees a range of programs and committees aimed at driving student success in the city.
