Morrissey has been promoted to vice president, compliance director. She has 23 years of banking experience, including three with the bank. She previously served as lending compliance specialist. Carly Myers has joined the bank as director of marketing. She has past experience in corporate communications, brand management and marketing promotions. Myers earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. David A. Fee has joined the bank as trust administrator. A certified public accountant, he has 30 years of trust administration and wealth management experience. Fee serves as board member and treasurer for Community Harvest Food Bank and as board member and audit committee chair for Turnstone; additionally he is a committee member of Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana, Fort Wayne BANKERS ON THE MOVE 1st Source Bank, South Bend Julie Quinn has been promoted to Bluffton banking center manager. She has 21 years of experience with the bank, serving as personal banker and supervisor of client services. Quinn is active with Junior Achievement and the United Way, serves as secretary of the Kiwanis of Greater Bluffton, and is a past board member of the March of Dimes. Andy Dance has joined the bank as Fort Wayne East State banking center manager. He has 18 years of banking experience, including 12 years in branch management. Dance serves on the board of directors of the Educational Opportunity Center. He attended Ball State University, Indiana UniversityPurdue University Fort Wayne and DePauw University. First State Bank of Middlebury Sheila Gordy has joined the bank as senior vice president, serving the Elkhart area. She has 30 years of banking experience. Gordy is a board member of Business Development Corp., South Bend; past finance committee member of LaCasa; past president of the Elkhart Noon Exchange and Winding Waters Brethren Church Daycare; past board member of Families First; and past mentor for CARES. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Bernie Christman has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator. He has 18 years of experience in mortgage loan origination. Christman served in the U.S. Marine Corps. Kevin Pritchard has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator. He serves as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Wells County, ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce of Wells County and volunteer coach for Wells County Junior League Baseball. Rebecca A. Hillyard has joined the bank as trust administrator. A trust financial adviser, she has more than 30 years of trust and estate administration experience. Hillyard is a member of the Fort Wayne Estate Planning Council. MutualBank, Muncie Juli Eckel has been promoted to client relationship manager, serving Elkhart and Kosciusko counties.
