He joined the bank in 2005 and has more than 20 years of banking experience. Randolph serves as treasurer of the Frankfort Community Building Trades Corp. and has served on the boards of directors of Frankfort MainStreet and of the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce. First State Bank of Middlebury Julie Whitehead has joined the bank as assistant vice president, talent and training coordinator, Middlebury location. She has 27 years of banking experience. Whitehead serves as a member of the board of directors and program committee chair for the Boys and Girls Club of Middlebury, treasurer of the Middlebury Lacrosse Club, community leader for the Riley Children’s Foundation, and formerly served on the board of directors for the Middlebury Chamber of Commerce. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Angie Carrick has been promoted to office manager, Elkhart Riverwalk location. She has 22 years of banking experience, including 17 with the bank. Carrick serves as committee chair for Cub Scout Pack 539 and volunteer with Girl Scout Troop 00111. Huntington National Bank, Indianapolis John Corbin, senior vice president and business banking market manager, Indianapolis, has been named the successor to serve as central Indiana region president, as Mike Newbold has announced his retirement this summer. Corbin joined the bank in 2005 after 11 years with Chase Bank. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Jackson County Bank, Seymour Marvin S. Veatch has been named chief operating officer effective immediately, and he will serve as president and chief executive officer of the bank upon the retirement of David M. Geis in April 2017. Veatch has served as senior vice president and chief financial officer with the bank for 14 years, and he is secretary of the bank board. He is active with the Boys and Girls Club, Jackson County Industrial Development Corp. and Greater Seymour Chamber of Commerce. Tim Risen has joined the bank as assistant vice president, commercial loan officer. He has 11 years of banking experience, serving most recently as commercial loan officer with The Peoples State Bank. Risen serves as treasurer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Bloomington and as Parent Teacher Organization president for Jackson Creek Middle School and Lakeview Elementary School. He is a graduate of Indiana State University. Ossian State Bank Jerry McHolland has joined the bank as residential mortgage consultant. He has more than 25 years of mortgage lending experience. McHolland earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
