She joined the bank in 2001 as commercial relationship manager and has 30 years of commercial banking experience. Treadway serves on the board of Science Central Inc. and is active with Arts United of Greater Fort Wayne and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University and an MBA from St. Francis College. Gregory W. Lentz has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking officer, serving the Indianapolis area. He has 35 years of banking experience, serving previously with Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company. Lentz serves the Indiana High School Athletic Association as a baseball umpire and basketball referee. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University. Scott B. Bucher, mortgage loan officer, has been promoted to vice president. He has nine years of banking experience, including eight with the bank. Bucher is an affiliate member of the Kosciusko Board of Realtors. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester College and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Gregory C. Brown has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking officer, serving the Elkhart area. He has 21 years of banking experience and serves as an advisory board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Shelly R. Fraley, office manager of the Warsaw downtown location, has been promoted to vice president. She has 22 years of banking experience, including 17 with the bank. Fraley is a board member for Kosciusko Leadership Academy and Combined Community Services, and she also volunteers with Junior Achievement. Lori A. Richcreek has joined the bank as associate broker, Warsaw downtown location. She has seven years of banking experience, most recently with MutualBank. Richcreek is a member of the United Way Vision Council and the Beaman Home Steering Committee. She holds a real estate broker license, health and life insurance license, and series 7 and 63 securities registrations. Richcreek attended Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and is a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. MainSource Bank, Greensburg Adam Neawedde has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator, serving the Indianapolis area. He has 11 years of mortgage lending and banking experience. Neawedde is a President’s Club Achiever, board Mutual Savings Bank, Franklin Casey Swallows has been promoted to branch manager and IRA coordinator, Franklin main office location. She joined the bank in 2010 as a teller and was promoted in 2014 to assistant branch manager of the Franklin main office. Alma Torres has been promoted to branch manager, Franklin United Methodist Community location. She joined the bank as a part-time teller and was promoted to assistant branch manager in early 2016. Adam Browder has been promoted to commercial loan analyst, Franklin location. He has eight years of experience with the bank, serving as a teller, assistant branch manager and branch manager of the Franklin main office. Browder is a graduate of Franklin College. member for the Johnson County Home Builders Association and is active with Franklin Township youth basketball.
