Salin Bank, Indianapolis John L. Frieburg III has joined the bank as executive vice president, chief credit officer. He served as central Indiana market president of BMO Harris Bank from 2006 to 2013, as president of Harris Bank Rolling Meadows from 1997 to 2006, as president of Harris Bank Huntley from 1993 to 1997, and previously in various positions with The Bank and Trust Company of Arlington Heights, Glenview State Bank and First Colonial Bank Shares. Frieburg earned bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Northwestern University. Matt Wright has rejoined the bank as vice president and agricultural lender. He most recently served as store manager with Rodkey New Holland and has experience in sales consulting with Smith Implements and as financial services officer for seven years with Farm Credit Mid America. Wright is a district coordinator for Ducks Unlimited and a sport fishing club leader with Tippecanoe County 4-H. Wright earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Migual Patterson has joined the bank as vice president and agricultural lender. He has served as vice president of commercial banking, consumer and agribusiness group, with BMO Harris Bank after serving as relationship manager with First Merchants Bank and gaining experience with Teays River Investments. Patterson earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Purdue University. Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, French Lick Timothy Fisher has joined the bank as investment executive and program manager, serving Dubois, Orange and surrounding counties. He previously served with American International Group, New York Life and Fifth Third Bank. Active with United Way and Habitat for Humanity, Fisher holds a life and health insurance license and series 6 and 63 registrations. Vicki Englert has been promoted to assistant vice president and will continue serving as eServices manager. She joined the bank in 2001 as eBanking coordinator and has also served as eBanking specialist and eBanking manager. Englert is a member of Women Empowering Women and Jasper High School Soccer Booster Club, treasurer for Our Precious Angels, volunteer for Junior Achievement and is a past ambassador for the Jasper Chamber of Commerce. Mary Ann Waterman has joined the bank as commercial agricultural underwriter. She has three years of experience as a loan processor, eight years in mortgage loan processing and underwriting, two years in portfolio management with National City Bank and six years in agricultural lending with PNC Bank, NA. Waterman earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from Western Governors University.
