Michael Zahn, chief executive officer and president, First Federal Savings Bank, Huntington, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. He is the third generation of his family to hold the president/CEO title. Zahn was named senior vice president and elected to the board of directors in 2000, was appointed president in 2005 and was named CEO in 2011. He is a past president of the local Optimist Club, Junior Achievement, Parkview Huntington YMCA, the Bowen Center, Lime City Economic Development and the Huntington County Chamber of Commerce; he also has served as campaign chairman for the United Way. Hildebrand has retired as president and chief executive officer of FCN Bank, Brookville, after 37 years of service. He will continue to serve on the board of directors for the bank and its holding company, FCN Bancorp. Hildebrand joined the bank in 1979 as a loan officer and served as senior lender before being named president and CEO of the bank in 2006. Kermit A. Lamb has retired as president and chief executive officer of Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB, Salem. He will continue to serve on the board of directors for the bank and its holding company, Mid-Southern, MHC. Lamb joined the bank in 2002 as senior vice president before being promoted to president/CEO in 2013. John C. Reed, investment banker with City Securities Corp., has retired. He began his career in 1969 on Wall Street with Bache & Co., then with Chase Manhattan Bank. In 1976 he joined Ryan, Beck & Co. in its East Coast headquarters, and in 1985 he moved to Indiana, where he founded Ryan, Beck & Co./ Mid-States. Reed joined David A. Noyes & Company in 1991 and City Securities Corp. in 2014. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Boston University and an MBA from Rutgers University, and he holds FINRA Series 7, 24 and 63 licenses.
