Dingwerth has been elected to the board of directors of West End Bank, Richmond, and its holding company, West End Indiana Bancshares Inc. He is the executive director of the Richmond Art Museum, where he has formerly served as director of operations and board member. Dingwerth serves on the boards of Richmond Neighborhood Restoration Inc., Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce and the Wayne County Convention and Visitors Bureau. Additionally he is a facilitator for the Wayne County Cultural Alliance and Arts Fusion. Dingwerth earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Jennifer L. North has been elected to the board of directors of West End Bank, Richmond, and its holding company, West End Indiana Bancshares Inc. She is a certified public accountant and has practiced accounting for 23 years, serving as a partner at Rodefeld, Kassens & North since 2003. North is secretary-treasurer for Centerville-Abington Community Schools Building Corp. and treasurer for Indiana Fitworks Gymnastics Booster Club. She is a graduate of Ball State University. Robert Kent Ryan Jr. has been elected chairman of the board of directors of The Farmers Bank, Frankfort. He has been a practicing attorney for 48 years, starting his career with Ryan & Hartzell, and retiring in 2014. Ryan is a member of the Clinton County, Indiana State and American bar associations. He has served as city attorney, president of the Clinton County Chamber of Commerce, chairman of the Clinton County Community Foundation, board member and secretary of Clinton County Family YMCA, member of Rotary Club, past president of Clinton County Association for Retarded Citizens and district chairman for Boys Scouts of America. Ryan is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a JD from the Indiana University School of Law. Robert E. Johnson III has been elected to the board of directors of Peoples Bank, Munster, and of its holding company, Northwest Indiana Bancorp. He is president, chief executive officer and co-founder of Cimcor Inc., and founder of Velocityware. Johnson formerly served as manager of business systems with Davy McKee Corp. He holds leadership positions with the Legacy Foundation, Methodist Hospitals, the Purdue Technology Center of Northwest Indiana and Purdue Alumni Calumet, and the Northwest Indiana Good Government Initiative. Additionally he is a board adviser for Purdue University Calumet’s Computer Technology department, Westwood College, Abu Dhabi University College and Valparaiso University.
