She has 16 years of banking experience. Swogger is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana. Ashley Warren has joined the bank as assistant vice president and office manager, Huntertown/ Fort Wayne location. She has eight years of retail banking experience. Warren volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northeast Indiana, United Arts Center for the Fort Wayne Civic League, Fort Wayne Youth Theatre and Fort Wayne Ballet. Warren attended Bowling Green State University. THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Kim Compton has joined the bank as vice president of information technology/operations. She has 16 years of banking experience and most recently served as assistant vice presidentproject manager with Salin Bank. Compton earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, and she has earned the project management profession certification. STATE BANK OF LIZTON Dave Clark has joined the bank as vice president and commercial lending officer. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently serving in commercial lending and private banking with First Merchants Bank. Clark serves on the Indiana University Medical School advisory board and is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
