Hoosier Banker 53 David Tracey has been promoted to investment officer after becoming a certified financial planner. He joined the bank in 2009 and served most recently as research analyst. Tracey volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University and an MBA from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. FARMERS STATE BANK 0E+VERKI TJ Kempf has joined the bank as senior vice president and senior loan officer. He has 15 years of lending experience and previously served as vice president of lending with a credit union. Kempf is a graduate of Indiana University and the Credit Union National Association Management School at the University of Wisconsin. HB STAR BANK *SVX ;E]RI Amanda Kinneman has joined the bank as private banker, serving the Fort Wayne area. She has more than 25 years of banking experience, serving at 1st Source Bank and Hylant Group, and most recently as business development officer with Wells Fargo. Kinneman is a board member for the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, a member of the Community Advisory and Strategic Planning and Development committees for the Fort Wayne Ballet, program committee member for the Building Contractors Association, and a founding member of the Women’s Business Forum. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Robert Bartley has joined the bank as private banker, serving northeast and central Indiana. He has more than 10 years of banking experience, serving previously with PNC Bank, NA, and Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company. Bartley volunteers with the LIFT program and is active with Grace Community Church. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Michele Myers has joined the bank as relationship manager. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, serving previously in various positions with Lincoln Financial and Chase Bank and most recently as branch manager and financial adviser.
