Ryan Bell has been promoted to assistant vice president and head of the retail business banking group. He has 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a banking center manager and micro lender. He is also a top Small Business Administration lender in the bank’s Fort Wayne region. O’Dell has served on several community boards and is currently active with BNI Pay-it-Forward. He is a graduate of Indiana University-Fort Wayne and earned an MBA from Indiana Tech. Jason Schwartz has joined the bank as vice president and personal trust administrator in the wealth advisory group. He has 14 years of experience in personal trust, estate planning and financial planning. Schwartz earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a JD from Rutgers Law School. Cynthia Hale has been promoted to manager of the East State Banking Center. She has 28 years of banking experience, including 20 years as a banking center manager. Hale most recently managed the bank’s downtown location and is active in the community. She holds series 6, 63 and life/health licenses and is a graduate of Purdue University-Fort Wayne. Daniel Hansen has joined the bank as manager of the Dupont Oaks Banking Center. Hansen has seven years of banking experience. He serves as board president of Habitat for Humanity of Northeast Indiana and previously was on the board of Junior Achievement of DeKalb County as vice president. Hansen attended Indiana University Purdue University-Fort Wayne and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree at Western Governors University. Chuck Springer has been promoted to commercial lines sales manager, 1st Source Insurance. Springer has 18 years of insurance experience. Catherine Langford, agricultural banker, has been promoted to officer. She has six years of banking experience, the last three in agricultural lending.
