He has been with the bank since 2015, has eight years of banking experience and has an agricultural background. Sills serves on the board of the Wells County Boys and Girls Club, is a chamber ambassador for Wells County, and volunteers with Bluffton NOW! He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Chuck Pearson has joined the bank as a mortgage loan originator. He has 15 years of experience in mortgage loan origination. Pearson volunteers with Fort Wayne Community Schools Study Connection program and has been active with Big Brothers Big Sisters. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Jessica Seago has been promoted to branch manager, Bluffton North office. She has been with the bank for seven years. Seago is on the boards of the Bluffton Band Boosters and of Wells County Junior Achievement. She volunteers with Junior Achievement, Family Centered Services and other organizations. Seago earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Kelly Maxfield has been promoted to branch manager, Leo office. She has been with the bank for more than 10 years and has a background in retail and customer service. She attended Ravenscroft Beauty College. He has 36 years of sales management experience and is active in the community. Williams earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Zach Hockersmith has been promoted to assistant vice president of retail services. He has been with the bank for seven years. Hockersmith is active with Montgomery United Fund for You and serves on the Purdue Extension board. He is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. He has more than 25 years of commercial lending experience and previously served as chief credit officer of the LaPorte Savings Bank. Carroll additionally has experience as a commercial lending officer. Stammy Ellinger has been promoted to senior vice president, senior loan operations officer. She joined the bank in 1995. Ellinger was named to the operations team 2001 and has served in various departments. Becky Greenlaw has been promoted to assistant vice president, trust support services and risk management.
