Additionally he has been named to the bank’s board of directors. Kidwell joined the bank in 1992 and has held various positions, most recently as executive vice president, board secretary and senior credit officer. Kidwell has served as president of the local Chamber of Commerce and as president of the local community foundation board. Currently he is vice president of the local YMCA board and serves on the Indiana Bankers Association Audit Committee.
