He has been with the bank for three years, most recently serving as vice president, mortgage banking. He is an executive board member of Junior Achievement of Northeast Indiana and serves on the boards of the Mad Anthony Children’s Foundation and of the Northeast Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association. Wallace earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and the accredited mortgage professional designation at the Mortgage Bankers Association School of Mortgage Banking. He currently is enrolled at the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Leslee Derbeck has been promoted to employee benefits account manager within STAR Insurance Agency. She has more than 20 years of experience working with employee benefit clients. Derbeck is a Whitley County Chamber Ambassador and volunteers for Junior Achievement. She currently is attending Ivy Tech Community College. Parry Leavell has joined the bank as a commercial banker. He has 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, most recently serving as chief lending officer for Community State Bank, Avilla. Leavell serves as a board member for the National Auto and Truck Museum, as first vice president of Women’s Care Center of Northeast Indiana, and is on the finance committee of Redeemer Radio. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan. John Lee has joined the bank as a private banking manager. He has more than 15 years of financial service experience, most recently serving as private banker with Huntington National Bank. A volunteer with St. Mary’s Child Center and Junior Achievement, Lee earned a bachelor’s degree from Hanover College. Mike Goldman has been promoted to chief credit officer. He has more than 25 years of banking experience and has been with the bank for 10 years, serving as senior commercial loan officer, regional senior commercial banker and senior credit officer/ portfolio manager. Goldman is a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. SALIN BANK / Indianapolis Jane Richardson has been appointed to senior vice president, chief administration officer. She previously held leadership roles at Career Consultants LLC and St. Vincent Heart Center. Richardson earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a JD from the I.U. Robert H. McKinney School of Law. SPRINGS VALLEY BANK & TRUST COMPANY / French Lick Megan D’Lee Elmore has been named mortgage and consumer lender, Jasper main banking center. She joined the bank in 2015.
