Hoosier Banker 41 HOME BANK / Martinsville Scott Hines has been named vice president/ commercial loan officer. He joined the bank in 2015, bringing more than 30 years of experience in bank examination and commercial lending. Hines serves as director of coaches for the Center Grove Bantam Football League, as president of the board of aviation commissioners for the Indy South Greenwood Airport and is former treasurer of the Center Grove Athletic Booster Club. He is a graduate of Indiana State University. Wade Phelps has been named vice president/ manager of SBA lending. He joined the bank in 2015 and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending. Phelps is past chair of the loaned executive program at United Way, a past adjunct faculty member at Ivy Tech Community College and a current director of the Morgan County Economic Development Corp. He is a graduate of Ball State University, of the American Bankers Association National Commercial Lending School and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. FOWLER STATE BANK Curt A. Puetz has been named vice president and branch manager, Kentland office. He joined the bank in 1993 and is active with the Benton County Foundation finance committee, Benton County Farm Bureau Inc. board, Junior Achievement, Kentland Area Chamber of Commerce and the Kentland Rotary Club. Puetz is a graduate of Ball State University. Kevin K. Lange has been named loan officer. He joined the bank in 2012 and is a member of the Fowler Rotary Club. Lange is a graduate of Purdue University. MAINSOURCE BANK / Greensburg Matthew Eldridge has joined the bank as vice president, agricultural manager. He has had a lifelong association in the agriculture industry, as well as customer support experience. Eldridge is active with the Decatur County Purdue Extension board.
