Earls previously served as controller of Tower Financial Corp, prior to which she was a certified public accountant with BKD, LLP. Most recently she worked as director of finance and compliance at Micropulse Inc. Earls serves as treasurer of the board for Fort 4 Fitness and Aging and In-Home Services. She is a member of Leadership Fort Wayne’s Class of 2014 and was featured in the Fort Wayne Business Future 40 Under 40 in 2011. She is a member of the Indiana CPA Society, the American Institute of CPAs and Financial Executives International. Earls earned a bachelor’s degree from Huntington University. Grant N. Daily has been promoted to vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been with the bank for 14 years. Daily is treasurer of Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana and its foundation, vice president of the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana and a board member of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne central branch. Daily volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana and with Team Neighborlink. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Tammy L. Yowell has been promoted to assistant vice president, office manager of the bank’s Concord office. She has been with the bank for 22 years. Yowell serves on the board for the Elkhart Child Development Center and attended Michiana College. BANKERS ON THE MOVE Denise M. Brennan has been promoted to vice president, home equity manager. She has been with the bank for six years and is a member of Warsaw Indiana Rotary. Nathan R. Conley has been promoted to vice president, small business manager. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Conley is a board member for the United Way of Kosciusko County and of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy, and he volunteers with Junior Achievement. Conley earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University and has earned credit risk certification. Marshall C. Weadick has been promoted to vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been with the bank for two years. Weadick previously was a member and vice president of the board of directors for the Middlebury Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Crystal Valley Exchange Club. He also volunteered with the Middlebury Boys and Girls Club. Weadick earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University. Chris D. Merrill has been promoted to assistant vice president, system administration manager. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Merrill is president of the board and president of the executive finance board for the Warsaw Community Public Library. He earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Grace College. Karina K. Cervantes has been promoted to operations officer. She has been with the bank for five years. Cervantes volunteers with Junior Achievement and earned a bachelor’s degree from International Business College. Robin R. Ritchie has been promoted to private banking officer. She has been with the bank for eight years. Ritchie serves as treasurer for the American Legion Auxiliary Post 86 and the Noble Area Soccer Association board of directors. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Victoria L. Starr has been promoted to security officer. She has been with the bank for five years. Starr volunteers with the Kosciusko County Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program.
