Daily is a member of the board of directors of New Hope Services Inc. and is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast. Tim Rigrish has joined the bank as vice president, bank and information security officer. He has 32 years of banking experience, beginning his career in 1984 in retail banking. Most recently, Rigrish worked for 22 years at Your Community Bank, serving in retail banking, accounting and internal audit, and security. He is a graduate of Indiana University Southeast. Lea Ann Lumpkins has joined the bank as Jeffersonville branch manager. She has more than 40 years of banking and lending experience. Lumpkins worked 32 years with Chase Bank and its affiliates and for nine years with Your Community Bank. Lumpkins is active with the American Red Cross gala committee and The Falls of the Ohio Rock the Rocks committee. She also serves as a Junior Achievement volunteer and previously was a board member and treasurer of Community Action of Southern Indiana. Lumpkins earned an American Institute of Banking degree and management diploma and is a discover graduate of the Leadership Southern Indiana program. Lumpkins is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club. MUTUALBANK / Muncie Chad Shelley, assistant vice president, has joined the commercial banking team. He brings 10 years of lending and commercial banking experience. Shelley serves on the board of directors for Hillcroft Services, Northwest YMCA and Interlock Autism ECI. He is a graduate of Taylor University and of the Indiana Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. Tanya Malak has been promoted to financial center manager, Winchester location. She has been with the bank for 12 years, previously working as service manager. Malak is active with Winchester Community High School and the Goodrich Park Youth Softball Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and studied at the graduate level at Central Michigan University and Grand Valley State University. Charles Foust has been named Broadway financial center manager. He has four years of banking experience with the loss mitigation department and recently worked as a relationship banker. Foust previously served as a unit collection manager for Sallie Mae. He is a board member of the Alpha Center in Muncie and earned a bachelor’s degree from Capella University. Foust served in the military for eight years. Scott Szucs has been named loan counselor, St. Joseph County. He has six years of retail and customer relations experience. Szucs volunteers at St. Margaret’s House. THE NEW WASHINGTON STATE BANK / Charlestown Patrick J. Glotzbach has been promoted to chief executive officer. He has served as bank president for 15 years. Glotzbach began his career 37 years ago with the First Bank of Charlestown. Past leadership positions include serving as chair of the Indiana Bankers Association, as board member and chairman of the Medical Center of Southern Indiana and Saint Catherine Regional Hospital, as board member of One Southern Indiana Chamber & Economic Development and as an American Bankers Association Membership Council representative. He currently serves on the City of Charlestown vision team, is a member of the Conference of State Bank Supervisors advisory board and a board member of River Ridge Development. Glotzbach most recently was appointed to the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Louisville, Kentucky, branch. He is a graduate of Vincennes University, of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking and of the ABA National Commercial Lending School. Patrick Daily has been promoted to president. He has been in the financial services industry since 1984, with experience in consumer and commercial lending, as well as bank management. Daily served for 10 years at PNC Financial, and in 1998 was appointed president and chief executive officer of Heritage Bank, Jeffersonville.
