He has 20 years of financial services experience. Sanderson is a board member for Central Indiana RMA, where he is also a past president, and he volunteers as a youth basketball coach. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis. Hernandez attended Bethel College. SPRINGS VALLEY BANK & TRUST COMPANY / French Lick Chad Blessinger has joined the bank as a mortgage and consumer lender. He is a former small business owner, teacher and real estate agent. Blessinger served as the Dubois County treasurer for eight years and currently is president of the Dubois County Commissioners. He attended Indiana University. HB Congratulations to Dax Denton, IBA Employee of the Month for February, and Tracy Kubly, IBA Employee of the Month for March. Dax is IBA’s senior vice presidentgovernment relations, and Tracy is the IT and facilities manager. As part of the Indiana Bankers Association’s professional development campaign, IBA staff, members and associate members are invited to submit names of IBA staff members who have demonstrated exemplary service. Nominations are read aloud at a IBA EMPLOYEES OF THE MONTH monthly staff meeting, and then one name is selected in a drawing. The resulting Employee of the Month is awarded a certificate and a prize, and his or her name and photo are displayed on a staff bulletin board.
