FIRST STATE BANK OF MIDDLEBURY Lance T. Weirich has been promoted to banking officer, serving in mortgage operations. He joined the bank in 2009 as credit analyst. Weirich is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and a member of the IBA Future Leadership Division. OLD NATIONAL BANK / Evansville Todd Clark has been promoted to chief information and strategic innovation officer. He previously served as Michigan region CEO. Clark joined Old National in 2014 through the acquisition of United Bank & Trust, where he was president, and has 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Extensive community outreach includes service with Habitat for Humanity, United Way and multiple other organizations. Clark is a graduate of the University of Michigan and of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Jason Taege has been promoted to Michiana market president. He joined the bank in 2006 and is active with Life Treatment Centers, The Crossing National, United Cancer Services of Elkhart County and the Roseland Rotary Club. Taege is a graduate of Manchester University and of the Elkhart Leadership Academy, has earned credit risk certification and was named to Michiana’s 40 under 40 class of 2012. Rob Triplett has been promoted to vice president, commercial relationship manager, St. Joseph and Elkhart County market areas. He joined the bank in 2014 as commercial relationship manager. Triplett serves on the board of directors for Big Brothers and Big Sisters of St. Joseph County, and he is a member of the South Bend Young Professional Network, Leadership Academy Elkhart County and Leadership Academy St. Joseph County. Triplett earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Anderson University. HOOSIER HEARTLAND STATE BANK / Crawfordsville Nikki Keller has been promoted to operations manager/consumer loan underwriter. Keller has been with the bank for five years and has 10 years of banking experience. KENTLAND BANK Sandy Cahill has been promoted to vice president of operations. She joined the bank in 1987 and was promoted to head bookkeeper in 1999, to assistant cashier in 2008 and to assistant vice president of operations in 2014. Laura Barrett has been promoted to assistant vice president of finance. She joined the bank in 2009 as assistant financial service representative/teller and was promoted in 2011 to operations assistant. Barrett is active with Junior Achievement and earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Michelle Leach has been promoted to assistant vice president of operations. She joined the bank as operations assistant in 2008. Leach serves as treasurer of the board for Prairie Arts Council and volunteers with Junior Achievement.
