Hoosier Banker 51 LAKE CITY BANK / Warsaw Meg A. Waddell has been promoted to vice president, regional manager. She has been with the bank for seven years, most recently serving as assistant vice president and mortgage loan originator. Waddell is the secretary for the Elkhart County Drug Free Partnership, a Goshen chamber ambassador and a member of Credit Professionals International. She attended Purdue University, has completed the Beer School of Real Estate. Keith B. Goodman, vice president, commercial banking officer, has joined the commercial banking team, Middlebury office. He has 26 years of experience in financial services, most recently with First State Bank. Goodman is a member of the Goshen Community school board and of the Goshen High School building trades board. He also is a member of the Goshen Noon Kiwanis and volunteers with the Elkhart County Fair. Goodman earned a bachelor’s degree from Goshen College. Robert N. Woodard, assistant vice president, mortgage loan originator, has joined the mortgage lending team, north office. He has 19 years of experience in financial services, most recently with BMO Harris Bank. Woodard has been active with the Mortgage Brokers Association and the Mortgage Bankers Association and also volunteers with various fundraisers, cancer walks and sports leagues in the Indianapolis area. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. Kimberly K. Strawbridge has been promoted to assistant vice president and office manager, Syracuse location. She has eight years of experience with the bank. Strawbridge is a member of the Kosciusko County Community Foundation Scholarship Committee and a volunteer for Junior Achievement. She attended Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Whitney Hamilton Jr. has been promoted to assistant office manager, Indianapolis location. He has two years of experience with the bank, most recently serving as customer service representative. Hamilton is a member of the OneZone and Zionsville Chambers of Commerce and Heritage Christian School Diversity Advisory Council. He also serves as a visitor host for Business Networking International, and he volunteers with Junior Achievement BizTown, Young Life, Lighthouse Mission Homeless Shelter and Wheeler Mission Homeless Shelter. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University. Cory E. McClarnon has been promoted to senior loan administration officer, Warsaw and Plymouth offices. He has six years of experience with the bank. McClarnon is a volunteer coach with the Kosciusko County YMCA and a is graduate of Leadership Marshall County. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Steven B. Burnside has been promoted to investment officer, Elkhart Beardsley office. He has eight years of experience in financial services, the last four of which have been with the bank. Burnside is a member of the Young Professionals Network of South Bend, teaches Junior Achievement classes and has coached soccer at several area schools. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-South Bend and an MBA from Indiana University. Andrea R. Bowers has been promoted to assistant office manager, Elkhart east location. She has 10 years of experience with the bank and most recently served as customer service representative. Bowers attended East Tennessee State University and Ivy Tech Community College. He has 28 years of banking experience, most recently serving as senior vice president and chief operating officer; he also served as chief financial officer and secretary of the bank board. Veatch is treasurer of the Jackson County Industrial Development Corp., board chairman of the Greater Seymour Chamber of Commerce and board member of the Community Foundation of Jackson County. He has also been active with the Seymour Boys and Girls Club, Jackson County United Way, Seymour Rotary Club and Schneck Medical Foundation. Veatch is a graduate of Anderson University.
