First, the capabilities of our Visa Platinum® small business credit card are being broadened to include more account administration, expense management and reporting options. These enhancements will make it a better-than-ever financial management tool for small and midsized business customers. We also plan to introduce a new purchasing card to help business customers manage their spending.” What about digital developments? Anything you can preview for us? “One big development in 2017 is a mobile app for our agents. The mobile app will feature account data, transaction data, card controls and alerts. In addition to the mobile app, our cardholders will have the ability to utilize Apple Pay™, Samsung Pay™, Android Pay™ and Visa Checkout®.” So our agents can look forward to a number of opportunities to grow their credit card programs in 2017: a branded mobile app, access to ‘the Pays,’ a premium consumer card and secured card, and a simplified online application, all backed by enhanced fraud prevention tools. Does that sum it up? “I would add two more things. First, TCM Bank will be supporting agents all year long with program growth campaigns to acquire new accounts, encourage account utilization, credit limit increases and account retention, along with incentives and promotions to engage their employees. “Second is our truly outstanding in-house customer service.
