Carroll Joins IBA Future Leadership Division Board Jessica Carroll, chief operations officer for The New Washington State Bank, Charlestown, has joined the board of directors of the Future Leadership Division of the Indiana Bankers Association. She has been in banking since 1998, previously serving as risk officer and as assistant controller. Carroll currently serves the community as a member of the Center for Women and Families Southern Indiana Partnership Council. Additionally she has been active with the IBA as a member of the Financial Management Committee and of the committee for the New Hope Services / IBA Disaster Relief Fund. The IBA Future Leadership Division represents the Association’s commitment to the future of banking by cultivating emerging professionals within the industry through networking, volunteer and educational opportunities.
