THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Steve Davis has joined the bank as senior financial analyst. He has more than 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and cash management. Davis served as the controller at Citizens Savings Bank of Frankfort for 16 years, as controller at St. Vincent Frankfort Hospital for four years, and most recently as senior corporate accountant at St. Vincent Health in Indianapolis for 12 years. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Andrea Jarrett has been promoted to home loan specialist. She joined the bank in 2000 in loan administration. OWEN COUNTY STATE BANK / Spencer Bonnie Patton has been promoted to senior vice president/commercial banking and sales. She joined the bank in 2007 as vice president/senior commercial lender and has more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending. Patton is past president of the Bloomington Economic Development Corp., and she serves on the boards of the Ellettsville Chamber of Commerce and of the Monroe County Apartment Association. A member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club, Patton is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
