She has 14 years of banking experience. Allshouse serves as a board member for the YMCA of Steuben County and for the Cameron Hospital Foundation. She also serves on the Women’s Fund Committee for the Steuben County Community Foundation and is a past volunteer for Junior Achievement. Allshouse earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. FIRST SAVINGS BANK / Clarksville Derrick Jackson has joined the bank as senior vice president, chief credit officer. He has 19 years of banking experience in the areas of branch management, commercial and consumer lending, credit risk management and credit training. Jackson serves as an instructor at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and at the American Bankers Association National Lender School. He formerly served in an advisory board capacity for ABA lending schools. A graduate of Centre College, Jackson is active with Habitat for Humanity. Lisa Burns Morley has joined the bank as vice president human resources. She has been in banking for more than 30 years, with responsibility for a variety of senior human resources positions. Morley serves on the human resources committee of Home of the Innocents and on the executive women’s alumni board of the University of Louisville School of Business. She held past leadership positions with the Louisville Compensation Association and the American Institute of Banking. Morley is a graduate of the University of Louisville and of the American Bankers Association Human Resources Graduate School of Banking. STAR BANK / Fort Wayne Derek Jones has joined the bank as vice president, senior commercial banker, Indianapolis. He has more than 15 years of banking experience, most recently with First Merchants Bank. A member of the board of directors of Parker’s Place Foundation, Jones is a graduate of the Fishers Town Government Academy and of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Wabash College and an MBA from Anderson University. Lisa Keirns has joined the bank as a mortgage banker. She has more than 10 years of banking experience. Keirns earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. OLD NATIONAL BANK / Evansville Mary Nommay-Keil has been promoted to private banker II, vice president. She previously served as Elkhart main banking center manager and has more than 35 years of banking experience. A recipient of Old National’s One Vision award, Nommay-Keil is co-founder of Women in Business, a board member for Better Business Bureau and a former DreamsWork mentor. She also is an ambassador for the Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, which named her Ambassador of the Year. Nommay-Keil attended Ball State University. Tammy Pfister has been promoted to banking center manager, assistant vice president, at the Elkhart main banking center. She began her banking career 24 years ago as a teller for KeyBank, NA, in New York state. Later responsibilities included roles as a teller supervisor, trainer, customer service representative and assistant manager. Pfister has served as a volunteer for Elks Lodge 425 and Faith Mission of Elkhart; she is a recipient of the Old National One Vision Award.
