She joined the bank as senior attorney in 2015, with a background including eight years in New York with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Mayer Brown; and Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP. Hock returned to Terre Haute in 2013, serving as an associate with Link Law Firm. Hock is a recipient of the Donald E. Smith President’s Award at First Financial Bank and a member of the Bank Lawyer’s Committee of the American Bar Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, a master’s degree from New York University and a JD from the I.U. School of Law. SPRINGS VALLEY BANK & TRUST COMPANY / French Lick J. Craig Buse has been promoted to senior executive vice president and chief lending officer. He joined the bank in 2002, most recently serving as senior executive vice president and chief operations officer. He will continue oversight of many of the daily operations as COO. Buse is president-elect of the Rotary Club of Jasper, a member of the Indiana Bankers Future Leadership Division and a member of the Northwood Good Samaritan advisory board. Additionally he is a youth sports coach for Patriot Wrestling Club and North Spencer. Buse earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Capella University, has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and the Dubois County Leadership Academy, and was awarded the Independent Community Bankers of America “Rising Star” Award in 2009. PNC BANK, NA / Indianapolis Anthony Bridgeman has been appointed vice president and relationship manager for the community development banking team in Indiana. He has 16 years of community and economic development experience, most recently serving as director of community initiatives for the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis. He also has experience as a tax credit analyst for the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority and as a loan specialist and research assistant for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership. Bridgeman serves on the boards of directors of the City of Indianapolis Business and Neighborhood Services and of the Martin Luther King Center in Indianapolis. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and a master’s degree from Indiana University. COMMUNITY FIRST BANK OF INDIANA / Kokomo Catherine Ozminkowski has been promoted to assistant vice president and bank officer. She joined the bank last year and is a graduate of Arkansas State University. Monica Gremelspacher has been promoted to interim chief financial officer. She joined the bank in 2008. Gremelspacher is a graduate of Indiana University.
