Hoosier Banker 53 Sean P. Raver has been promoted to technology systems officer and manager. He joined the bank four years ago. Kristina R. Kiracofe has been promoted to compliance officer. She joined the bank 11 years ago and is a volunteer with Junior Achievement. Whitney Hamilton Jr. has been promoted to manager of the Michigan Road office, Indianapolis. He has been with the bank for two years. Hamilton is a member of the Zionsville Chamber, Heritage Christian School Diversity Advisory Council and Business Networking International. Additionally he is a OneZone Chamber Ambassador and volunteers with Junior Achievement Biztown, Zionsville Street Dance, Lighthouse Mission Homeless Shelter and Wheeler Mission Homeless Shelter. Hamilton is a graduate of Indiana State University. Heidi B. Bruner has been promoted to retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years, most recently serving as a retail loan specialist. Bruner earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Grace College. LAKE CITY BANK / Warsaw Kristin L. Pruitt has been promoted to executive vice president, chief administrative officer. Pruitt joined the bank in 2008. Previously she served as assistant general counsel and chief compliance officer for 1st Source Bank, South Bend, prior to which she practiced law with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, Washington, DC. Pruitt is vice chair of the Northern Indiana Regional Development Authority board, and she serves on the boards of the Community Investment Fund of Indiana Inc. and of the Boys and Girls Club of St. Joseph County. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Pruitt also is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Lisa A. Fulton has been promoted to senior vice president and banking operations executive. Fulton joined the bank in 1996, after prior service with KeyBank, NA. She chairs the board of the American Red Cross of Northern Indiana and is a member of the advisory board of W.I.S.E. (We Inspire, Support, Empower), which educates and supports professional women. Fulton is a graduate of the Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University and of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. Angie K. Ritchey has been promoted to senior vice president and chief technology officer, with continued departmental responsibility for technology services, product management, project management and information security. She joined the bank in 1986 and serves on the boards of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) and of Cardinal Services. Ritchey is a graduate of Goshen College, of the Graduate School of Bank Operations and Technology at Vanderbilt University and of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy. Jordan M. Bell has been promoted to technology support officer and manager. He has been with the bank for five years and volunteers for Junior Achievement of Central Indiana. Eric D. Wagoner has been promoted to vice president, operations officer. He has been with the bank for seven years and volunteers with the Warsaw Salvation Army’s Women’s Auxiliary by providing technical support. Donna J. Wolfe has been promoted to vice president, project management manager. She joined the bank 27 years ago. Wolfe volunteers for Kosciusko County 4-H and Mobile Meals. Melissa S. Rupe has been promoted to assistant vice president, project management manager. She has been with the bank for 25 years. Anita G. Huff has been promoted to internal audit officer. She has been with the bank for four years and has served as a teller supervisor. Huff volunteers with Junior Achievement and LaCasa Inc.
