He has 20 years of banking experience and served in management roles for two banks in Indiana. He is a member of Greater Lafayette Commerce, the Greater Lafayette Chamber Council, soccer coach for GLRSA and a past Cub Scout leader. He previously was the local city president for Regions Bank in the Greater Lafayette market. Blume is a graduate of Purdue University and of Leadership Lafayette. for Humanity, where he served on the board for three years. At a year-end celebration in December, the following three associates were recognized for their years of service: • 30 years – Paul W.
