46 MARCH / APRIL 2018 DEPARTMENTS Tad Wilson has stepped down from his leadership role as chairman of the board of Our Community Bank, Spencer; he continues to serve as a director. Wilson has been on the board for the past 40 years and chairman for the past 10 years. He is the retired co-owner of Metropolitan Printing in Bloomington and a former captain in the Indiana National Guard, as well as a volunteer in multiple local organizations. Stephen Parrish has stepped down from his leadership role as vice chairman of the board of Our Community Bank, Spencer; he continues to serve as a director. Parrish has been a director for 37 years. A retired funeral director and veteran of the U.S. Air Force, he is a past recipient of the “Businessman of the Year” award of the Owen County Chamber of Commerce. Kurt Rosenberger, president and CEO, has been elected chairman of Our Community Bank, Spencer. He joined the bank in 1994 and was named president and CEO in 2002. He has been serving as a director of Home Financial Bancorp since 1998. Charles Hardesty, member of the board of Our Community Bank, Spencer, has been elected vice chairman. A retired general contractor and former captain in the Indiana Army National Guard, Hardesty has been serving as a director since 2006. Tanya Kessinger has joined the board of directors of Riddell National Bank, Brazil. She is employed with Kruggel Lawton CPAs and has 19 years of public accounting experience. She has served as a longtime PTO treasurer for her children’s elementary school. A graduate of Indiana University, Kessinger is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and of the Indiana CPA Society Chad D. Wise has been elected to the board of directors of First Federal Savings Bank of Angola.
