Yolanda Davis has been promoted to vice president, community reinvestment officer. She joined Horizon in 1989 and has served in operations, human resources and mortgage lending; she was named community reinvestment officer in 2015. Davis is a member of the boards of directors of the Michigan City Housing Authority, Michigan City Housing Development Corp., Urban League of Northwest Indiana Inc., Housing Opportunities and Citizens Concerned for the Homeless; additionally, she serves on the community reinvestment councils for northwest Indiana, southwest Michigan and greater Indianapolis. FIFTH THIRD BANK / Indianapolis Kevin Hipskind has been named regional president for Indiana and St. Louis. He joined the bank in 2002 and has been a commercial banker for more than 20 years, serving as senior commercial banker, large corporate relationship manager, middle market team leader, community market sales manager and international manager. Hipskind serves on the executive boards of the Japanese American Society of Indiana and Eskenazi Health Foundation, the latter of which he also serves as chairman. Additionally he is a member of the Indiana Community Business Credit Corp. board, the Mother Theodore Catholic Academies board and the Brebeuf Jesuit board of trustees. Steven Alonso, formerly regional president and head of the Consumer Bank, has been promoted to group regional president, responsible for the entire Fifth Third footprint. He continues to serve as senior executive sponsor of Fifth Third’s diversity and inclusion councils. Alonso serves on the board of directors and executive committees of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership. He also serves on the Indianapolis Zoo board of trustees and on the 500 Festival Committee. Court Kull has been named city president for the Evansville Tristate market, effective March 2. He succeeds Dwight Hamilton, who is retiring after nearly 25 years. Kull has been in the financial services industry for more than 25 years. He joined Fifth Third Bank in 2000 as managing director of Fifth Third Private Bank for Southern Indiana, sales manager for Fifth Third Securities and director of institutional services. Neff has been named president of Horizon Bancorp and Horizon Bank, and also has been named to the bank’s board of directors. Neff began his career in 1978 with First of America Bank, La Porte. He joined Horizon in 1999 as senior vice president mortgage warehouse lending, was promoted in 2004 to executive vice president, and in 2016 he assumed additional responsibilities over consumer lending. Neff serves on the Purdue University Northwest advisory board and on the Sinai Forum board, and he is a member of the Michigan City Rotary Club. Additionally he has been past president and campaign chairman of the Greater La Porte County United Way and has served at all levels of of Leadership Evansville, where he is past president, and Deaconess Hospital Foundation, where he serves as treasurer. He also is co-chairman of the Celebration of Leadership and is active as a volunteer for the United Way, Tri-State Food Bank and Goodwill of Evansville.
