Davis has transitioned from president and CEO of First Financial Bancorp, Cincinnati, to executive chairman of First Financial Bancorp, Cincinnati, and of First Financial Bank. This transition follows the April merger of First Financial Bancorp with MainSource Financial Group Inc. Davis was named president and CEO of the holding company and bank in 2004, and he has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was elected to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2013 and additionally is a member of the American Bankers Council and of the Cincinnati Business Committee. Archie M. Brown Jr. has transitioned from president and CEO of MainSource Financial Group, Greensburg, to president and CEO of First Financial Bancorp, Cincinnati, and of First Financial Bank. He also has been named to the First Financial board of directors. Brown was appointed president and CEO of MainSource Financial Group Inc. in 2008 and chairman of the MainSource board in 2011. He has 34 years of banking experience. Brown serves on the boards of directors of the Indiana Bankers Association, the Indiana Community Business Credit Corp. and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce; he is a past board member of the Greensburg Decatur County Economic Development Corp.
