Trish Reid has been appointed vice president of business banking administration. She has been with the bank for more than 15 years and has served in Northwest Indiana banking for over 40 years. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Lannan is a member of the board of directors of the Irvington Community Schools. LaKetra N. Additionally he has been elected a bank officer. Puckett began his banking career nearly 30 years ago. He has been active in the community with organizations including the Hendricks County Council, Brownsburg Chamber of Commerce, Hendricks County Museum, American Cancer Society and Samaritans Purse. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. FIRST FINANCIAL BANCORP / Cincinnati Claude E. Davis has transitioned from president and CEO of First Financial Bancorp, Cincinnati, to executive chairman of First Financial Bancorp, Cincinnati, and of First Financial Bank. This transition follows the April merger of First Financial Bancorp with MainSource Financial Group Inc. Davis was named president and CEO of the holding company and bank in 2004, and he has nearly 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. He was elected to the board of directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland in 2013 and additionally is a member of the American Bankers Council and of the Cincinnati Business Committee. Archie M. Brown Jr. has transitioned from president and CEO of MainSource Financial Group, Greensburg, to president and CEO of First Financial Bancorp, Cincinnati, and of First Financial Bank. He also has been named to the First Financial board of directors. Brown was appointed president and CEO of MainSource Financial Group Inc. in 2008 and chairman of the MainSource board in 2011. He has 34 years of banking experience. Brown serves on the boards of directors of the Indiana Bankers Association, the Indiana Community Business Credit Corp. and the Indiana Chamber of Commerce; he is a past board member of the Greensburg Decatur County Economic Development Corp.
