Cox’s community involvement includes experience on the foundation board of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, Three Rivers Festival board, the History Center board, as well as appointments to the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission and Indiana University board of trustees. He is a member of the Allen County and Indiana bar associations. Traci Bohdan has joined the bank as Treasury management sales officer. She has 22 years of banking experience in Treasury management and as a commercial lender. Bohdan has been active in the community through Brightpoint, as a board member of Allen County SPCA, and as director of fundraising for Executive Women International. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Matt Henry has joined the STAR Wealth Management team in Indianapolis as senior investment officer. He is a Lilly Endowment scholar and 2017 honoree of 20 Under 40 award of The Star Press, Muncie, and M Magazine. Henry is active with the Lilly Endowment selection committee, Community Foundation of Muncie and Delaware County, Wheeler Mission and Indiana Sports Corp. A chartered financial analyst, he is a member of the CFA Institute and a board member of the CFA Society of Indianapolis. Henry serves as adjunct faculty for the Miller College of Business at Ball State University; he earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from Western Governors University. Jeff Dysert has joined the bank as vice president, senior commercial banker. He has nearly 25 years of banking experience, almost 20 of which are in commercial lending. Dysert serves on the finance committee, strategic planning committee and board of directors at Erin’s House for Grieving Children and as board president of Peace Montessori School.
