ANNIVERSARY MILESTONES A salute to bankers with 20+ years of service Donald R. Neel, president and CEO of United Fidelity Bank, Evansville, has celebrated 25 years of service. He has been president and CEO of the bank, of Fidelity Federal Bancorp and of Village Capital Corp. for the past 18 years. Previously Neel was chief financial officer of the companies from 1993 to 2000, and additionally served as CFO for Indiana National Bank’s affiliate bank in Evansville from 1987 to 1993. A certified public accountant, Neel previously audited banks for a predecessor company of BKD, LLP. He is active with Gibson Southern Athletics, Evansville Sports Corp. and the University of Southern Indiana Alumni Association, and he is a former board president of the American Heart Association. Neel is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, and at various times has held Series 7, 24, 27, and 63 securities licenses. Kay Fritz, head teller at Farmers and Merchants Bank, Laotto, has celebrated 40 years of service. She joined the bank in the Laotto office, served for several years in the bookkeeping department before returning to the teller line, and was promoted to her current position in 2012. Fritz is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club. Cindy Delagrange, lending specialist of MutualBank, Muncie, has completed 40 years of service and is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club. MaryBeth Jerrells, area manager, Bloomfield office, MutualBank, Muncie, has completed 30 years of service with the bank. Kimberly Bolt, financial center manager, North Webster office, MutualBank, Muncie, has completed 25 years of service with the bank. Karen Hinds, senior teller, Marion office, MutualBank, Muncie, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. Meleah Perkins, senior commercial banking specialist of MutualBank, Muncie, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. Additionally Perkins had prior banking experience before joining MutualBank. She is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club. Cindy Robinson, senior loan processor of First Bank Richmond, has completed 40 years of service and is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club. Bethan Ervin, core systems administrative assistant of First Bank Richmond, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. Becky McKee, credit administration assistant of First Bank Richmond, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. Leslie Werking, northside branch manager/officer of First Bank Richmond, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. Millie Koehne, loan operations manager of FCN Bank, Brookville, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. She joined FCN Bank at the Batesville branch and has served as teller, new accounts representative, loan processor, loan clerk and quality control specialist. Stephanie Gunter, vice president of loans for the Batesville area of FCN Bank, Brookville, has completed 20 years of service with the bank. She has worked as a loan clerk, processor and assistant vice president of loans. HB Flowers adorn the desk of Kay Fritz, Farmers and Merchants Bank, Laotto, on her 40th work anniversary.
