He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking industry, specializing in commercial lending, business development and executive management. Amat earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Maryann K. McCauley has been appointed trust officer of the wealth management department. She practiced law for 17 years before joining Centier and has experience in areas of trust and estate planning and administration. McCauley has been a member of the Munster Chamber of Commerce since 2003. Additionally she has been on the board since 2012 and currently serves as secretary. Gregory A. Gordon has been appointed senior vice president in the business banking division. He is a member of the board of directors of Legacy Foundation and past president of the Greater Crown Point Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer Willis has been appointed vice president-group manager of business banking, Highland office. She has more than 20 years of related experience. A graduate of Purdue University, Willis is a volunteer coach for Lake Central Youth Basketball. Jeff Marsee has been appointed vice president of business banking, Highland office. He has more than 10 years of experience in commercial lending. A graduate of Michigan State University, Marsee is a member of the class of 2014 Illinois Bankers Association Future Leaders Alliance Institute.
