She has been with the bank for 18 years and previously served as chief operating officer, risk officer and assistant controller. Carroll serves the Indiana Bankers Association as an advisory board member of the IBA Future Leadership Division. Additionally she is a board member of the Clark County Purdue Extension, a member of The Center for Women and Families Southern Indiana partnership council, and a member of the New Washington High School Alumni scholarship committee. Carroll is a graduate of Hanover College and of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. She has been with the bank for 12 years and was named compliance officer in 2010. Prior to joining the bank, Bruss was a senior account executive with TMP Worldwide in Fort Wayne and a reporter for The Paper of Wabash County. She is a certified regulatory compliance manager and a graduate of Indiana University. Kristen Lovell has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial and agricultural lending. She joined the bank in 2016 as an ag lender, after prior employment with Farm Credit Mid-America as a financial services officer. Lovell’s community involvement includes the Wabash County Extension Board, Grow Wabash County Salute to Ag Committee, Wabash County 4-H and March of Dimes. Additionally she manages her family business, Grant Creek Farm, an interactive learning environment. Lovell earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, has completed the Farm Credit Leadership College and currently is enrolled in the Indiana Bankers Association Leadership Development Program. THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Andrea Jarrett has been promoted to mortgage loan officer. She joined the bank in 2000 in loan administration. Jarrett most recently served as home loan specialist and also has served as mortgage loan processer and as a parttime teller at the Mulberry office. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Joshua D. Kline has been promoted to junior relationship manager. He joined the bank in 2015 as a teller/customer service representative in branch administration and has served as collection and credit specialist. Kline is a graduate of Hobe Sound Bible College. OLD NATIONAL BANK / Evansville Gary Roan has been promoted to senior vice president, talent integration director in the bank’s talent development department. He joined the bank in 2012. In addition to leadership and management experience in community development banking, Roan has 24 years of experience as a business owner and has worked with Fortune 500 companies and nonprofits to develop strong partnerships with diverse groups at all levels. A graduate of Fisk University, Roan serves on the boards of Prosperity Indiana and the Community Action Program of Evansville & Vanderburgh County Inc. Stephanie Roland has been promoted to senior vice president, community development banking manager, and also has been assigned to manage the compliance and administration of the Community Reinvestment Act. She has 17 years of banking industry experience and has worked in ONB’s community development banking department for 12 years. Roland serves on the board and executive committee for the Darrell Ragland Foundation and is a member of the Self-Sufficiency Committee for United Way of Southwestern Indiana. She is a graduate of the University of Evansville.
