She joined the bank in 1985, most recently serving as senior vice president and chief operations officer. In addition to various community affiliations, Arnold is a member of the Alumni Council of Franklin College, a past president of the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division and a past member of the IBA board of directors. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Arnold also is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the ABA National Commercial Lending School. Lydia Brown has been promoted to senior vice president and chief financial officer. She joined the bank in 2010, most recently serving as vice president and internal auditor. A certified public accountant, Brown is a member of the Financial Manager’s Society and serves on the board of the League of Miracles. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Ball State University. Matthew Craney has been promoted to senior vice president and chief credit and risk officer. He joined the bank in 2006 and previously served as senior vice president and chief lending officer. Craney is a member of the board of directors of the Barbara B. Jordan YMCA, where he serves on the executive and finance committees. He previously served on the board of directors of the Risk Management Association, as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and as a member of the Morgan County Economic Development Loan Committee. Craney earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. He also has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of WisconsinMadison and is a graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School. Melissa Fisher has been promoted to senior vice president and chief administrative officer. She joined the bank in 2008 and previously served as vice president and director of deposit operations. Fisher is a graduate of the IBA Leadership Development Program and the TrueU Leadership Program. She currently is enrolled in the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Scott Hines has been promoted to regional president/east. He previously served as vice president and commercial loan officer. Hines joined the bank in 2015 with more than 30 years of experience in bank examination and commercial lending. He is active in the Center Grove community, where he serves on multiple boards. Hines earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University. Alexandra Ross has been promoted to vice president and director of retail banking. She joined the bank in 2008, most recently serving as assistant vice president and director of branch administration. An accredited ACH professional, Ross is a 2018 graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Wade Phelps has been promoted to regional president/west. He previously served as vice president and manager of small business lending. He joined the bank in 2015 with more than 30 years of experience in commercial lending. Phelps serves as a director of the Morgan County Economic Development Corp. He is a graduate of Ball State University, of the ABA National Commercial Lending School and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Keri Carmichael has been promoted to vice president and senior credit officer. She joined the bank in 2009, most recently serving as assistant vice president and commercial loan underwriter. She also has served as a mortgage loan processor and underwriter. Carmichael serves as treasurer for the Morgan County Fair Board. She is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis, of the IBA Commercial Lending School and of the ABA Commercial Lending School. Emily Ribley has been promoted to vice president and mortgage loan officer. She joined the bank in 2006 and has served in roles including teller, assistant branch manager and collections representative. Ribley serves on the board of directors for the Builders’ Association of Greater Indianapolis-Johnson County Council, and she was awarded the 2016 Business Professional of the Year by the Greater Martinsville Chamber of Commerce.
