Caruso is a board member and secretary of Cameron Memorial Hospital, a board member of the Cameron Hospital Foundation and the Steuben County Economic Development Corp., and a member of the Steuben County Council. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, including private banking, financial analysis, marketing, business development sales, wealth transfer and problem resolution, and most recently served as vice president at 1st Source Bank. Austin has been active with Hannah’s House of Michiana, Friends of the Snite Museum of Art at the University of Notre Dame and the alumni board of Bethel College.
