Cassidy has more than 20 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry, including service as a regional sales manager for an insurance and securities provider. He is a member of the board of directors of Giving Teens Grace, with past board involvement including Building Blocks for Kids and the Warren Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2014, as an insurance agency owner, Cassidy won the Small Business of the Year award from the Cincinnati area Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, he holds FINRA series 6, 63, and 26 licenses, along with life insurance licenses for several states. Riddle has joined the bank as senior vice president and chief operating officer. He began his banking career in 1995, serving primarily in the Johnson County market. Riddle most recently served for 13 years with MutualBank via the BloomBank acquisition. MUTUALBANK / Muncie Greg McKenzie has joined the bank as a mortgage lender, Carmel office. He has more than a dozen years of experience as a mortgage originator, correspondent lender and mortgage company broker/owner. Brittany Howey has joined the bank as a mortgage lender, located in Marion. She has six years of banking experience and previously served as a senior sales and service representative. Howe is a member of the board of directors of Grant County’s Habitat for Humanity and is active in the local Rotary. KENTLAND BANK Craig M. Hooker has joined the bank as vice president/loan officer, Rensselaer branch. He has 24 years of banking experience in the Rensselaer area, with service as branch manager and as a commercial, consumer, mortgage and agricultural lender. Hooker serves as board vice president, finance committee member and fundraising committee chair for CDC Resources Inc., as a member of the Rensselaer Rotary Club, and has also served as treasurer and finance committee member for the Jasper Newton Foundation Inc. He is a graduate of Indiana State University. REGIONS BANK / Birmingham, Alabama Erik Miner, Indianapolis-based commercial banking leader, has been named market executive for the bank in Indianapolis and surrounding communities. He succeeds Leslie Carter-Prall, who has been promoted as head of private wealth management. Miner joined Regions in 2010 as commercial banking executive leading corporate and middle-market banking services in Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky, and his responsibilities have since grown to include expansion of the bank’s commercial banking reach within the Chicago market. Before joining the bank, he spent 16 years in commercial banking roles with Fifth Third Bank. Schiela Peña has been named community relations officer for central Indiana. She previously served for nine years in consumer banking and financial wellness roles. Peña joined Regions in 2009 as a branch manager in Indianapolis and led consumer banking teams in delivering a range of financial services. Since 2013, she has served as financial wellness relationship manager, coaching and providing leadership training to more than 40 Regions branch managers and teams. Prior to joining the bank, Peña spent seven years in risk management and branch management with Fifth Third Bank.
