Olivia McGuire has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender serving central Indiana through the bank’s downtown Indianapolis branch. She has more than 15 years of banking experience in commercial, commercial real estate, and agricultural lending. Bill Guisinger has joined Centier Investment Services as senior investment executive. Eller has been appointed president and CEO of the bank – to succeed Paul Siebenmorgen as president and CEO of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp Inc. upon Siebenmorgen’s retirement in early 2019. Eller began his banking career with TD Bank Financial Group as a management trainee and subsequently held positions as assistant manager, lender, fund sales representative, branch manager, underwriting manager and area manager. He later served in leadership roles at National City Bank in Cleveland, Youngstown and Dayton, then returned to TD Bank as head of wealth management and as senior vice president of retail banking in Pennsylvania. Eller left TD Bank to become director of sales and marketing at Clarity Advantage Corp. before joining Royal Bank America in 2013 as executive vice president and chief retail banking officer. Most recently he has worked as a consultant for Cambridge Savings Bank. Karla Vinzani has been appointed officer, serving as technical solutions analyst supervisor. She has more than 20 years of experience with information technologies in financial institutions, 10 of which have been with Centier. Vinzani volunteers with multiple nonprofits in Lake and Porter counties and is active with the Porter Township Youth League.
