Hoffman has joined the commercial banking team as vice president, commercial banking officer, working in Kosciusko County and surrounding areas. He has seven years of experience in financial services. Hoffman serves as a board member for Warsaw Little League, is a member of the color run committee for the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County, serves as an advisory board member for the Indiana Small Business Development Center and is a member of the Warsaw Rotary Club. He also JACKSON COUNTY BANK / Seymour Jeff Nolting has been promoted to senior vice president, chief banking officer. He joined the bank in 2013 as assistant vice president, commercial banker. He transitioned to vice president, retail loan officer, in 2014 and was named senior vice president, chief lending officer, in 2016. Nolting has more than 15 years of banking experience and extensive experience in sales management, marketing and business development. He chairs the Seymour Main Street Economic Restructuring Committee, is a board member of the Greater Columbus Indiana Economic Development Committee, and is past president and current secretary of Seymour Rotary Club. George Spray has been promoted to senior vice president, chief wealth management officer. He joined the bank in 1998 as a trust officer. Spray was promoted to assistant vice president in 2000 and to vice president, investment management and trust services, in 2005. Previously he was in management with Prairie Farms Dairy and was a financial services representative with Northwestern Mutual Life and Lutheran Brotherhood. Spray is a member of the board of directors and treasurer of the Community Agency Building Corp., and a past president of the board of Anchor House Family Assistance Center and Food Pantry. Gary Green has been promoted to senior vice president, chief information systems officer. He has served in various bank-related capacities throughout his career, including responsibilities in data processing, operations and technology. Green joined JCB in 2003 as information systems manager and in 2005 was promoted to vice president, information systems. He is a member of the boards of directors of Boys & Girls Club of Seymour and Schneck Foundation. Melodie Yarnell has been promoted to vice president, chief risk and management services officer. She has more than 20 years of banking experience and joined JCB in 2012. Yarnell was promoted in 2014 to vice president, risk, compliance and security. She serves on the boards of United Way of Jackson County and Habitat for Humanity of Johnson County. Additionally, Yarnell is vice president of the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division advisory board; she is scheduled to serve on the IBA board of directors in 2020 in the capacity of FLD president. Jason Knight has joined the bank in the newly created role of vice president, retail banking officer. He has 19 years of retail banking management experience and most recently served as business development manager with First Financial Bank, Columbus. His volunteerism includes the United Way of Johnson County and Youth Connections. Knight is a graduate of Indiana University. BIPPUS STATE BANK / Huntington Courtney Adams has joined the bank as marketing director. She began her banking career with First Merchants Bank, Muncie. Adams is a graduate of Ball State University. volunteers for Habitat for Humanity and the Alzheimer’s Association. Hoffman earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-South Bend, and he has completed the Harvard ManageMentor leadership program. Jody M. Meyer has joined the bank as vice president, retail banking officer, at its new Indianapolis office at 101 W. Ohio. Meyer heads a team responsible for developing business in the downtown Indianapolis market. She has 15 years of experience in financial services. Cari J. Juillerat has been promoted to commercial banking officer. She has been with the bank for five years. Juillerat serves as an advisory board member for the Whitley County 4-H Rabbit Club and volunteers with the 4-H programs of Whitley and Kosciusko counties. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Emily E. Wold has been promoted to assistant retail banking manager, Elkhart northwest office. She has been with the bank for five years and volunteers with the Community Actively Relating to Elkhart Students (CARES) program and Junior Achievement.
