Hoosier Banker 57 MUTUALBANK / Muncie Scott Robinson has joined the bank as vice president and regional executive. He has 20 years of banking experience, starting as a student with the former BloomBank, where his responsibilities included overseeing credit risk and operations. Robinson is treasurer of Bloomfield Rotary Club treasurer and previously served on the Bloomfield Rotary Educational Foundation scholarship committee, as well as the Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce board. He is a graduate of Purdue University and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Daniel Cobb has joined the bank as vice president, senior commercial banker in the Indianapolis Metro market. He has 36 years of community banking experience and serves on the board of directors of Coburn Place Safe Haven. Cobb is a graduate of the Indiana Bankers Association School of Banking, Commercial Lending and Branch Management. Braylen Scott has joined MutualFinancial Investment Services as LPL financial consultant, serving St. Joseph and Elkhart counties. He has more than five years of financial services experience, proving services that include investments, retirement and college planning, and IRA rollover service. Scott has Series 6 and 63 registrations and Indiana state life and health insurance licensing. Michelle Campbell has joined the bank as financial center manager, Wabash location. She has 12 years of banking experience and plans to enroll at Indiana Wesleyan University. STOCK YARDS BANK & TRUST COMPANY / Austin T. Clay Stinnett is to be promoted to chief financial officer of the company and Stock Yards Bancorp, effective May 1. He currently serves as executive vice president and chief strategic officer, a position he has held since 2011. Stinnett joined the company in 2000 as vice president-finance. He serves the community as board chair of The Housing Partnership Inc., as loan committee chair of the Downtown Housing Assistance Fund, and as a committee chair of the Kentucky Society of CPAs. A certified public accountant, Stinnett earned a bachelor’s degree from Transylvania University. Michael B. Newton has joined the company as senior vice president and principal accounting officer. Previously he served for 15 years with Louisville-based Republic Bank & Trust Company, most recently as vice president and controller. Newton began his career with an international accounting firm, where he served as senior supervising auditor. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Bellarmine University. BATH STATE BANK Branden Logue has been promoted to president and CEO. He also serves as president of Bath Insurance Group. Logue joined the bank in 1998 as staff accountant and for the past 11 years served as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He has been active with the Union County 4-H Association, Young Farmers for the Union County Farm Bureau Inc., Union County Foundation board, Union County Extension board, Union County Council on Aging, Southview Courts board and Union County Youth League. Logue is a graduate of the University of Indianapolis and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Justin Proctor has joined the bank as executive vice president and director of lending. He previously worked for six years for BKD, LLP as a senior managing consultant. Proctor earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ball State University. Kim Bolt has been named loan counselor, Syracuse financial center. She has been with the bank for 22 years and has 25 years of total banking experience. Bolt joined MutualBank as a teller and has since served as relationship banker, service manager and financial center manager. Jaqueline Martinez has been promoted to Western financial center manager from service manager. She joined the bank in 2014 and is active with Habitat for Humanity Women Build projects and Hispanic-oriented events. Martinez is a graduate of Goshen College. THE PEOPLES STATE BANK / Ellettsville Johnny R. Lindsey has been promoted to president. He succeeds Lon Stevens, who continues with the bank in the capacity of senior loan officer. Lindsey most recently served as executive vice president. He joined the bank in 1999, prior to which he worked with Microsoft for seven years. Among other organizations, he has been active with the Bloomington Economic Development Corp. and with Edgewood High School Dollars for Scholars, where he is president of the board. Lindsey earned a bachelor’s degree from Milligan College.
