He has nearly 30 years of experience in financial services, including retail banking, operations, corporate and institutional banking, and public relations. Most recently he served as the market’s client and community relations specialist. Wood serves as a Miller Ambassador for Noblesville Schools and volunteers with PNC’s Grow Up Great early education initiative and other community engagements. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Jeffrey J. Kucer has been promoted to chief operating officer of the regional president’s organization. He leads strategic initiatives, operations and budgeting for PNC’s regional presidents and client and community relations teams nationwide. Previously Kucer served as vice president and client and community relations director for central and southern Indiana; he remains headquartered in Indianapolis. ALLIANCE BANK / Francesville Jonathan Elkins has been promoted to senior vice president, chief lending officer. He most recently served as assistance chief lending officer. Elkins joined the bank in 2015 with 10 years of experience in positions including personal banker, branch manager, small business banker, credit analyst and commercial banker. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, an MBA from Indiana University and has completed numerous banking certifications. Kim Pickens has been named assistant vice president, retail manager. She joined the bank in 2017 as retail development officer. Pickens has 33 years of industry experience in a variety of customer service and management THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Sandra Brant has been promoted to assistant branch manager. She joined the bank in 2017 as the Marsh branch supervisor and most recently served as teller operations supervisor. Previously, Brant served as an assistant branch manager at a credit union and as a customer service representative at Lafayette Bank & Trust. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. BANKERS ON THE MOVE roles and has completed numerous bank training programs. Sue Wallpe has been named senior vice president, chief operating officer. She joined the bank on the teller line more than 30 years ago. Wallpe has completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Ashley Bice has joined the bank as marketing director. She returns to the bank after serving as executive director of Benton Community Foundation for 12 years. Previously, Bice served the bank in bookkeeping and electronic banking. She is a graduate of Purdue University.
