He joined the bank in 2016 as vice president, senior consumer loan manager. Najera has 18 years of financial experience, with expertise in coaching, sales, team-building, and direct and indirect consumer lending. Elvis Turkovich has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator. He has more than 25 years of banking experience. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Quincy University and an MBA from the University of Illinois. Debra Baughman has been promoted to vice president, branch training.
