Bob Jones remains as chairman of the board, and Jim Sandgren remains as president and chief operating officer. Ryan joined Old National in 2000 as assistant treasurer and was later promoted to treasurer. He was named director of corporate strategy and development in 2009 and CFO in 2016. Previously Ryan held senior finance positions at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Old Kent Financial Corp. He is chair of the Economic Development Coalition of Southwest Indiana, secretary and treasurer of the Southwest Indiana Regional Development Authority, a board member of Deaconess Hospital Inc. and Deaconess Health Systems Inc., a board member of the Old National Bank Center for Closely Held Business at Butler University, and an advisory board member of the University of Evansville’s Schroeder Family School of Business. A graduate of Grand Valley State University, Ryan was named 2018 CFO of the Year by the Indianapolis Business Journal. Brendon Falconer, treasurer, is scheduled to be named chief financial officer, effective May 2. He has nearly 20 years of financial industry experience. Falconer joined Old National in 2009 as bank controller and since has served in several leadership roles, including oversight of the bank’s FDIC-assisted acquisition of Evansville-based Integra Bank, director of credit operations and director of management reporting. Previously he worked at Irwin Union Bank as controller of the commercial banking division. Falconer earned a bachelor’s degree from Kent State University and an MBA from Indiana State University. STATE BANK OF LIZTON / Brownsburg Collin Shipman has joined the bank as assistant vice president and commercial lending officer. He has 15 years of banking experience, most recently with The Fountain Trust Company, Covington. Previously he worked as a bank examiner, serving three years with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and 10 years with the Indiana Department of Financial Institutions. Shipman attended Indiana University. Angela Falcone has joined the bank as business development representative. She has been involved with the Brownsburg Education Foundation, chairing numerous committees and serving as board president. Falcone earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. CENTIER BANK / Merrillville Greg Gottschalk has been appointed vice president, business banking, serving out of the downtown Valparaiso business banking center. Gottschalk is experienced in lending and credit administration, and he is active with the Valparaiso Rotary Club and Junior Achievement. Gottschalk is a graduate of Indiana University.
