Hoosier Banker 53 Jeffrey L. Wyckoff has been promoted to field examination officer. He most recently served as a senior credit analyst. Wyckoff earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Allie L. Mitchell has been promoted to assistant retail banking manager at the Elkhart East office. She previously served as a retail banker at the South Bend downtown office. Mitchell has been with the bank for four years and volunteers with the Lake City Bank Reality Store. She attended Indiana University-South Bend. LAKE CITY BANK / Warsaw John F. Dietzen has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking officer. He has 30 years of experience in financial services. Dietzen earned a bachelor’s degree from Marian University and an MBA from Butler University. Eric D. Wagoner has been promoted to vice president, imaged solutions manager. He has been with the bank for 14 years, most recently serving as vice president, operations officer. Wagoner volunteers with the Warsaw Salvation Army’s Women’s Auxiliary. He attended Indiana University, Purdue University-Fort Wayne and Grace College. OUR COMMUNITY BANK / Spencer Jenny Knapp has been elected an officer of the bank and named assistant vice president. She continues to serve as Cloverdale branch manager, a position she was named to in 2015. Knapp joined the bank in 2004 and has been a participant in the Indiana Bankers Association Leadership Development Program and Mortgage Lending School. Betty Apple Rush has been elected an officer of the bank, which she joined in 2018. Previously she worked for BloomBank for 32 years, most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer. Rush earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and an MBA from Ball State University. Eckel is a graduate of the Indiana Bankers Association Commercial Lending School and attended Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Elizabeth Vera has been promoted to loan counselor, St. Joseph County. A bilingual banker, she has served the organization as teller, teller supervisor and, most recently, relationship banker. Vera’s community outreach includes volunteer service with Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity.
