He was named president of Independent State Bank of Minnesota, now UBB, in 1985, prior to which he was employed for 16 years with F&M Marquette National Bank. In 2018, Rosacker was recognized by the Independent Community Bankers of Minnesota (ICBM) with an award celebrating his years in banking and also was honored by BankBeat magazine with its inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award.
