He joined the bank in 2007 as systems administrator and later was promoted to IT manager and information security officer. Crowe began his IT career in 1998 at First National Bank & Trust in Kokomo, where he served as support technician, lead LAN technician, network support manager, IT manager assistant vice president and IT director vice president. He has served on the executive board and volunteered with the Peru Amateur Circus. Crowe is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Rhonda Carr has been promoted to assistant vice president human resources director. She joined the bank in 2013 as human resources director and has more than 20 years of HR experience. Active with the Society for Human Resource Management, Carr serves on the SHRM executive board and is a past officeholder, including service as president. She has achieved designation as a professional human resources and SHRM-certified professional. Kafka has been appointed market president serving the greater Indianapolis area. He has more than 25 years of banking experience.
