He joined the bank in 2006 and manages the Treasury management, merchant and cardholder services, and retirement services sales teams. Samuels serves on the board of directors of the Indiana chapter of the Association for Financial Professional and volunteers with Junior Achievement. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University. Brok A. Lahrman has joined the bank as senior vice president of finance and chief accounting officer. He also performs strategic financial modeling for Lakeland Financial Corporation and the bank. Lahrman is a former senior manager at BKD CPAs & Advisors in Fort Wayne. He serves on the boards of the Fort Wayne chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and is of the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Wayne. A certified public accountant, Lahrman earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Saint Francis and currently is enrolled in the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Sabrina N. Brown has been promoted to vice president, retail loan officer. She has been with the bank for eight years. Brown volunteers and serves as secretary and executive board member for Haiti Hungry No More, as co-treasurer for the Warsaw Noon Optimist Club, and is active with Great Lakes Caring. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and attended Ivy Tech Community College. Shannan Hepler has been promoted to vice president, One-Call Center and electronic banking manager. She has been with the bank for 23 years. Hepler volunteers for Junior Achievement, the Lake City Bank Reality Store, Mobile Meals and Triton Community Schools. She attended Manchester College. Kim K. Strawbridge has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, Syracuse branch. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Strawbridge serves as a board member for the Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce, as a scholarship committee member for the Kosciusko Community Foundation, as co-coordinator for the Boomerang Backpacks program for the Wawasee Community School Corporation, and she is active with Junior Achievement. She attended Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Randall J. Crouch has joined the retirement services team as vice president, trust officer and retirement services manager. He has 30 years of experience in financial services, with more than 20 in retirement plan services. Crouch is president-elect of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries Benefits Council of Northern Indiana. Additionally, he volunteers for St. Mary’s Soup Kitchen in Fort Wayne. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Holly N. Clevenger has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking loan officer. She has been with the bank for 19 years. Clevenger serves as a board member for the Rochester Athletic Booster Club, volunteers for Junior Achievement and coaches youth basketball. R. David Hume has been promoted to assistant vice president, security engineer. He has been with the bank for five years and serves as a board member for the Hands for the World Foundation. Hume earned a bachelor’s degree from the Indiana Institute of Technology, a master’s degree from Western Governors University, and has more than 20 industry certifications. Anna A. Jimenez has been promoted to assistant vice president, mortgage loan originator, working in Fulton, Marshall and St. Joseph counties. She has been with the bank for 13 years. Jimenez is a member of the North Central Indiana Association of Realtors and the Young Professional Network of Marshall County, and she volunteers for Junior Achievement. Miranda R. Jordon has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial documentation manager. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Jordon volunteers for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, the Lake City Bank Reality Store and Money Smart. Karla J. Kroll has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial operations servicing manager. She has been with the bank for 19 years.
